The problem
The live front door of an AI legal assistant that indexes 258,000+ Romanian laws — and the landing page for paid ads aimed at lawyers and notaries. Yet it scored 95/100 on desktop accessibility, failed three accessibility audits, and emitted structured data that search engines and AI answer engines never actually saw.
What we did
A review-first hardening pass — nothing touched until each failure was proven with trace evidence. We fixed the broken skip link, redundant alt text and mid-animation contrast issues; moved the brand's structured data into raw HTML so crawlers and AI answer engines can read it; pre-rendered the homepage as static and preconnected the auth scripts. Every fix measured before and after.
The result
Seven of eight Lighthouse categories at a perfect 100 — accessibility, best practices and SEO at 100 on both mobile and desktop; desktop performance 99 with a 0.77-second first paint. Measured on production, median of three runs, August 2026.

The problem
An interactive map of every kindergarten and nursery in Cluj-Napoca — but the heavy map library loaded before anything else, dragging mobile PageSpeed down to 66/100 with a 3.4-second first paint.
What we did
Hand-coded static pages for every institution and guide, in three languages (RO/HU/EN). The map now loads only when a visitor interacts with it — the page renders instantly and the map works exactly as before.
The result
A perfect mobile score with a 1.4-second first paint across 1,150+ static pages — measured live with Google Lighthouse, July 2026.

Doctori Cluj — doctoricluj.ro

Cluj county, Romania
The problem
A searchable directory of 5,800+ doctors registered with the Cluj College of Physicians — slowed by render-blocking styles and late-loading fonts: 81/100 on mobile with a 3.7-second first paint.
What we did
Critical CSS inlined, fonts self-hosted and preloaded, every page pre-rendered as static HTML — search and filters untouched.

A perfect mobile score with first paint at 1.2–1.4 seconds — measured with Google Lighthouse, July 2026.
