I'm Norbert, founder and lead developer at Pixelstocode. I started the business in 2019 from Cluj-Napoca after teaching myself web development, and I've been building hand-coded websites for European small businesses ever since. Every site I deliver loads in under 1 second and is written by hand — no WordPress, no page builders, no offshore subcontracting.
What I noticed working with small businesses is that most of them either can't afford a proper agency build (€3-5k+ upfront), or they got burned by an agency that delivered a slow WordPress site stuffed with plugins. Both groups end up with sites that don't actually bring in customers. So I designed a simpler model — €0 down, €75/month, unlimited edits — manageable for any small business, and the site actually performs.

After a contract is signed we send a small questionnaire about your business and what you offer, then we expand on that content and write the entire site's content for you, create the design, get approval, then we build. Generally takes 2-3 weeks from start to finish.

We send you an email with less than 10 questions about you business, services, what sets you apart, etc and we do all the rest.

Design Approval
We then do a video screen share showing you the first draft and make any changes you want to make sure you're 100% satisfied.

Development
Once approved, we can start coding the site out and setting everything up. We will send a demo link to view before we launch and go live.
